Arboriculture Australia Conference 2027

We invite you to be part of the 2027 Arboriculture Australia Conference, to be held in Perth, Western Australia from 18 to 20 April 2027.

Our 2027 conference theme, An Educated Industry Shaping Tomorrow's Canopy, recognises that the future of Australia's trees depends on the knowledge, skills and professionalism of the people who manage them. Better education leads to better decisions. Better decisions lead to healthier trees, safer communities, more resilient urban forests, and stronger outcomes for the environment.

Hosting the conference in Perth places us among Kings Park, Boorloo, a fitting backdrop for a conversation about how education shapes the canopy we leave behind. As our profession navigates urban development pressures, a changing climate, shifting biosecurity risks, and rising community expectations of green space, the strength of our response rests on how well we educate — ourselves, our industry, and the public we serve.

Our 2027 2-day Conference speaker programme will include an Arb Stream alongside a UAAA Stream:
